Aquasol Aparthotel - Palma Nova (Mallorca)

The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a good area, really close to restaurants, Palma Nova Beach, and Aquasol. The room was spotless in the bedrooms of our apartment, we were happy about that.

Rooms not really clean floors were dirty and were not cleaned in our one week vacation. In the dining room, the dishes were often not clean. A clever dishwasher would be a good investment.

Spacious apartments, allright for one night. Location is close to the centre.

Very loud party in the evening until after 23 o'clock, very unpleasant.

Good location, delicious breakfast, clean rooms. We will certainly recommend it to our friends. We liked it a lot!

The units are big size with a view.

Breakfast with a large selection and freshly squeezed orange juice. Own small market to buy the most important things.

The cleanliness of the room was very poor. In addition, the equipment of the room was quite spartan (no wardrobe, a room without a cupboard)

Rooms were comfortable although the plumbing was a bit touch and go. The location was good only a few minutes walk on the flat to everything.

I think it is unfortunate that this would be 'great family hotel' accepts large numbers of single sex bookings. The hotel was full of very noisy groups of young people who were not at all consderate of noise. The hotel also does not have lifts and this is not mentioned in the write up. They considerately tried to put us on the first floor but that still involved a lot of steps. You would think they would have someone on reception who could help with cases on arrival and departure with this in mind.

The staff was really nice. English always worked, sometimes German. The breakfast and dinner buffet was not very famous. Sufficient for the price.

I would have liked the apartment better cleaned.

Bar staff were all great, as were reception staff, rooms were great for what we required too

the entertainment gentleman was very rude

Hotel very near beach, restaurants & bars. Quiet location off the main strip but yet close to everything.

ramp outside hotel for buggie & luggage was very steep & dangerous. Also alot of steps within complex to get to accommodation. We travelled with a toddler & buggy but overall the place was great did not let this spoil our holiday

Request a room with a pool view for a more relaxing atmosphere, especially if traveling with family.

Our room door was left open by the housekeeping people twice, not a good surprise when you get back to your room. There are no elevators or ramps and plenty of steps (not good for strollers or disabled people). The room stunk very bad. The pool area is not very nice and too small for the amount of people. Not a place i would go back for sure

We had multi-channel television, a dining area and a sitting area in the apartment.
